NLP can help you achieve the goals that you set within your sessions. By listening to you and identifying any difficulties or concerns you have, the use of NLP strategies will enable and encourage you to make changes to support your healing and wholeness. We combine using NLP therapy with other counselling therapies where necessary, depending on the client’s needs. Consequently, we enhance the NLP therapy and, from client feedback, we have positive long-term results.

We specialise in providing support for all counselling issues and find the Shinnick Depression Method and Shinnick Anxiety Treatment along with NLP strategies provide support to help people manage their allergies and phobias. Clients find they are better able to manage these issues fairly quickly once we have helped them. NLP may be suitable for people with the following conditions:
  1. Phobias and other unpleasant feeling responses.
  2. Children and adults with learning ‘disabilities’ (spelling and reading problems etc) are supported to better manage these limitations.
  3. Most unwanted habits – smoking, drinking, overeating, insomnia, etc.
  4. Support to make changes in the interactions of couples, families and organisations so that they function in ways that are more satisfying and productive.
  5. A range of physical problems – not only most of those recognised as ‘psychosomatic’, but also some that are not.
